Class Schedule
Class Descriptions
Level 1 Yoga
A beginner/intermediate class that combines hatha and vinyasa yoga. It's a gentle and low intensity class that's recommended for those recovering from injury or older individuals.
Level 2 Yoga
An intermediate/advanced class that combines hatha and vinyasa yoga. It's a more rigorous class at a moderate intensity. A good amount of experience and body awareness is recommended.
Core Fitness
A class dedicated to restoring and strenghtening the abdominal muscles. Breath is used to engage deep core muscles while poses will activate and condition them. Stretching and strenghtneing of the surrounding muscle groups will also be included.
Chinese Yoga
An ancient practice which combines movement with breath. Different postures, similar to Hatha, are used to promote stretching and strenghtening of the body.
Meditation
Learn anapana, a meditation technique, which refers to the observation of the breath. Students will sit in a comfortable and relaxed position as the instructor guides them through a journey to relieve mental stress, improve concentration and bring awareness to the present moment.
Private Lessons
Prefer to learn from one of our instructors one-on-one? Private lessons allow the opportunity to build skills and receive critiques from the teacher without having others in the studio. Please call, email or text if interested.
