Heading 1

My Mama always said that life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you gonna get. -Forrest Gump

The first quote that I choose was from the movie Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump is one of my favorite movies of all time because this movie had a lot of inspirational moments to show many history and relatable scenes to the audience. I like this particular quote because life is indeed a box of chocolates and you will find your own set of happiness to go through many challenges such as losing a love one. It motivates you to find something in your own life to have a meaning and purpose. You share your own story to bring inspiration upon everyone. The movie also show that you find your moments that impacts you as a person. It brings many emotion such as happiness, sadness, or even disapointment to find a way to enjoy your set of life. Once you become wiser and older, you will finally realize your own purpose to fulfil your own life. Life is mysterious. You find your own detiny as you go on.

Through my blue fingers, pink grains are falling, haphazard, random, a disorganized stream of silicone that seems pregnant with the possibility of every conceivable shape… But this is illusion. Things have their shape in time, not space alone. Some marble blocks have statues within them, embedded in their future. -Doctor Manhatten

The second quote comes from the movie Watchmen based on the comic book by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons. Watchmen is a superhero movie where many heros take place in the early part of american history such as the 1940's through the 1980's. Notably, the Cold War era. Many of the heros work for the government as a real setting for heros to exist in a real life setting. The characters such as Rorshach, Nite Owl, Silk Spectre, and even Doctor Manhatten as real life hereos to save the world in a real life setting. One of the characters that interest me the most is Doctor Manhatten. Doctor Manhatten is a superhero who has the ability to manipulate matter in his own hands. He is very powerful and smart at the same time. With that much power, he is alienating himself from humanity due to unlimited power that prevents him from having real human emotions. His quotes are interesting from my perspective because Doctor Manhatten has many life meaning into his perspective to see how powerful he really is compared to normal modern humans. He sees the entire world as a speck compared to a very powerful being who can create anything in the palm of his hands. I view him as a relatable character because he reminds me of myself who can create anything in art as an artist myself. I can create imaginative things in my mind to show my perspective in art. I sometimes like to have my own personal space to have a thinking within myself as an artist.

A Hero Can Be Anyone, Even Someone Doing Something As Simple And Reassuring As Putting A Coat Around A Little Boy's Shoulders To Let Him Him Know The World Hadn't Ended. -Bruce Wayne

Finally, this last quote comes from the movie The Dark Knight where Bruce Wayne explains that anybody can be hero no matter who they are as a person. It relates to me because I view it as a inspiration where anybody can be a hero in their own destiny. I also see the movie as a jaw dropping experience where Batman have to face the truth in Gotham from the Joker's plans. The joker sets up many brain teasing schemes to let the city of Gotham to show thier true colors of corruption. Batman shows his own perseverance to be the best hero as he can from the Jokers true plan of evil. At the end, Batman had to end Harvey Milk in order to keep the horrible secret as Harvey Milk as the villian. He took the blame to be the villian which actually he was the hero all along to be the best hero that he can to overcome the tradegy of Gotham City. I find it interesting becuase I want to be that kind of person to be a hero that I know to help one another. I find it relatable that many people have their own set of challenges to be the hero as they choose to be.
