At the beginning, I did not know anything about Internet Publishing. I did not know how to programm to make my own website and no experience around it. I wasn't aware of the tactics to know how to programm. I have never been involved in a programming class since I had no knowledge or experience involving this cirriculum. I did took animation and digital art classes since I myself want to pursue in multimedia art. I was also aware that computer programming is part of that aspect in mutlimedia art. I thought that taking this course will allow myself to have enough experience to do computer programming in that same cirriculum. It was very useful to learn this particular skill in future classes.
The way that I would explain Internet Publishing to someone else is bringing a conversation about career interest. I would explain my career interest in multimedia art that involves computer programming. I will share my experience of how Internet Publishing change my perspective on computer programming. I will share the interesting aspects to create a website to allow the interest to be involve in this class. I will show them tips and stradegies to complete computer programming in a website to do. I will show them the interesting parts to have creativity as a part for this process. Finally, I will explain how Internet Publishing can be a skill to learn future purposes for a career that relates to computer programming.
The two things that I learned and discovered was utilizing Khan Academy to learn the basic steps in HTML and CSS skills to create a website that involves these steps and tips for the programming. Khan Acedemy did helped me learn to take notes to remember the steps and acknowledge the ways of computer programming. Additionally, the module assignments to create my own webpage did open my mind to have creative control in my own content. I learned how to make my own style involving CSS rules such as font styles, sizes, and color background. For the HTML rules that I learned was the paragraphs, headings, and borders to have a interesting webpage. Both of these skills allowed me to have enough experience in computer programming.
What this skills helped me learned how computer programming allowed me to gain enough experience in animation. This course gave a headstart to understand the basics in computer programming to utilize this skill in animation. It will make it easier for myself for future purposes to utilize computer programming in animation. I can take these steps to be familiarized with computer programming to create my own animations to program. It's a skill that I am able to experience for future purposes.
The problems that I faced during assignments was starting my first webpage. I had no clue or experience of how to do it. I was stuck and lost. I thought I was going to fail. But I never gave up. I got help by my teachers and a friend of mine to give me guidance of how to do it. I was happy that I was able to understand how to program my own webpage in order to pass this course. I was able to persevere along the way to improve my set of skills. I was able to get help with my friend who is an expert on computer programming gave me tips and advice of how to this process in a easy path.
The resources that I manage to finish my assignments was Khan Academy to learn the steps of HTML and CSS. I took notes to remember the steps to complete any assignments. Another resource that I utilized was Google. Google helped me find some websites that has tips for HTML and CSS. And finally, another resource that I used was this website called W3 Schools. This website helped me to use specific programming to use key components to guide through my assignments. The one resource that helped me the most was Khan Academy. Khan Academy had amazing resources to tips and videos to guide me throughout any assignments. Khan Academy is the one source that I find very useful to utilize.
Overall, Internet Publishing open my mind to utilize computer programming to use this skill for future purposes in Animation. I'm very grateful and honored how this course was challenging enough to improve my mindset. This course did helped me get a headstart in computer programming as a skill to utilize.
